The Palm Beaches is the place to be for water sports! Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and kayaking on gorgeous beaches or on the rivers, snorkeling at Phil Foster State Park, scuba diving gorgeous reefs, surfing, boogie boarding, body surfing, sport fishing for sailfish, tuna and marlin, pier fishing and surf fishing. Imagine zipping across the water on a Seadoo or swimming, kite surfing or boating. And just off the coast are the  Bahamas!

Museums, zoo's, historical mansions, nature, beaches, malls, food, concerts, parks, Indian Reservations, air boat rides, the Everglades plus much more! Take a long stroll on one of our dazzling beaches or on one of our famous streets. You can also see a sunrise and sunset in the same day!

The Palm Beaches is a great place to invest your money. Real estate prices are stable and rising. The Florida economy is booming and there is no state income tax. Florida also has a homestead policy to lower your assessed home evaluation and reduce your property taxes for full time, primary residences. Florida is in the process of becoming an age friendly state. We are working with cities to bring in all age groups to participate in this growing capitalistic economy.
