The Shopping Cart Analysis is a consumer-driven data reporting analysis for real estate buyers and sellers in the Palm Beaches. The data collected reflects real-time buying of products and services in the Palm Beaches. The data generated includes real estate, real estate trends, food, general products, luxury items, necessities, and consumer sentiment.

Consumers are interviewed using an unbiased questionnaire that is dedicated to economic factors directly impacting shoppers of various income levels. The data is analyzed and a real estate trend can be determined. An economic prediction is made based on the data collected from the random participants in the questionnaire.

The Shopping Cart Analysis was successful in predicting the increase in home values in Florida in 2011to 2019 and the interest rates associated with real estate plus the outcome of the 2016 presidential election. The cart's analysis also predicted the GDP for the first two years of the Trump Administration's economic growth prior to the release of any numbers from other sources. As of June 2019, our analysis has been accurate with regards to the growth of GDP, market values and real estate trends. Another prediction I made in early 2019 was that the Federal Reserve would cut interest rates by the end of 2019 to further stimulate the economy.
