Baby Boomer's are looking to relax, downsize, and enjoy golf, friendships, entertainment, and grand kids.

Baby Boomer's numbers are expected to decline to 72 million.

Millennial's are getting off the sidelines, ready to spend money and start investing in real estate. Some are bypassing starter homes and going straight to their dream home. Millennial's are expected to overtake Baby Boomer's in 2019 as their numbers may grow to 73 million. The swell of these numbers may be associated with young immigrants.

Generation X may have the best of both worlds. They are experienced, have a history, know the games of life and can either upgrade or downsize to the home of their choice.
